Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, performing maintenance, and contributing to small projects. You will join a dynamic team that values world-class service, integrity, and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing, integrating, and programming access control, intrusion, and surveillance systems
• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls, maintenance calls, and emergency/after-hours service calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts, and install projects as necessary.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems and assist with small projects.
