Job summary

You'll respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, diagnose and repair systems, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to Accurate service reports and successful project installations.

Qualifications

• Develop exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Develop technical skills related to building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems.
• Ability to develop basic programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools).
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine customer service calls and maintenance visits; diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Install projects as necessary and ensure accurate service reports for invoicing and costs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Coordinate with team members to improve overall operations and cross-train on servicing customers.
• Adhere to Federal, State and local regulations and company health and safety policies.
