Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Solid knowledge of electronic security systems and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues on security hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls, maintenance, and emergency after-hours service calls.
• Install projects as necessary and perform system upgrades as needed.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve operations and share knowledge.
