Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and assist with small projects. You will be part of a dynamic team that values growth, safety, and exceptional customer service.

You should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with access control and electronic security systems, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel locally to job sites. We offer a collaborative culture and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with electronic security and fire alarm systems is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine customer service calls, scheduled maintenance, and emergency after-hours service calls; diagnose, repair, and replace defective parts.
• Install projects and perform system troubleshooting to fix issues in equipment or software.
• Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking in a timely manner.
• May provide system integrations, small project planning and execution, and networks support for assigned projects.
• Ensure all work complies with laws, health and safety policies, and Convergint standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operations and cross-train on servicing customers.
