Qualifications

• Develop exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Build knowledge of building automation, fire alarm, and security systems.
• Develop basic programming skills and troubleshoot problems.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, maintenance calls, and after-hours calls; diagnose and repair issues.
• Diagnose and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and small projects as needed.
