Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to join our team in a dynamic culture focused on growth and excellence. You will respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on electronic security systems while maintaining detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.

Preferred candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience in access control, CCTV, networks, or intrusion, and possess a High School/GED or equivalent education.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1–3 years relevant.
• Experience with Access Control, CCTV, Networks, and Intrusion.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation industries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine service calls, diagnose, repair, replace defective parts and install projects as necessary.
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Perform preventative maintenance and support small projects with team members.
