Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine service calls, perform maintenance, diagnose and repair security systems.
• Install projects and configure access control systems.
• Complete accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
