Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers by responding to service calls, maintenance, and small projects. The role emphasizes world-class service, integrity, and growth within a team-focused culture.

You will diagnose, repair, and install security and access control systems while adhering to safety policies and regulatory requirements. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel locally to jobsites and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and some non-routine customer service calls, maintenance calls, emergencies, and after-hours service calls.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems for routine problems; install projects as necessary.
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports for customer and Convergint for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Provide system integrations, upgrades, audits, and database management as needed.
