Qualifications

• Customer-focused service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Solid technical skills related to access control or electronic security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and programming capabilities for access control.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel locally to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine service calls, scheduled maintenance, and after-hours issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts, and install projects as needed.
• Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with team members to train and cross-train on servicing customers.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and health & safety policies.
