Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and contribute to our Customer Support Programs and small projects. You will join a dynamic team that values growth, integrity, and results.

You will work with security and fire alarm systems, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with specialists on complex deployments. A valid driver's license and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems preferred.
• Able to travel locally to jobsites; valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and non-routine customer service calls and maintenance visits in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, replace defective parts and debug systems for routine problems.
• Install projects as necessary and support system integrations and upgrades.
• Complete accurate and detailed service reports for customers and Convergint.
