You will play a crucial role in servicing installed security and building automation systems, delivering world-class customer support, and supporting project installations as needed.

The position emphasizes responsive maintenance, accurate reporting, and teamwork to ensure we remain the preferred service provider for our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset and professionalism.
• Experience with building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems.
• Basic programming skills and problem-solving ability.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with tools.
• Proficient use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls, maintenance, and after-hours requests as needed.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective parts in systems.
• Install projects and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery.
