Job summary

Keenfinity seeks a technical presales specialist to lead solution design and presales efforts in the US. You will assess sites, define BOMs with MSRP, and craft security solutions aligned with customer needs. The role includes training, ROI analyses, and post-sale technical support.

You'll collaborate with sales teams, champion emerging tech, and travel 50–70% to engage customers across vertical markets. A technical degree and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in technical or related field (e.g., CS, Engineering).
• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of field application experience with customers, preferably from the manufacturer side or security market.
• Good working knowledge of system design and installation; industry affiliation and certification a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Willingness to travel within allocated geographic region (50–70%).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales and solution design for customers; conduct site assessments and pilot programs.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Materials with MSRP pricing; sales will manage pricing and discounts.
• Design integrated security solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct training workshops, webinars, and seminars for sales teams and partners.
• Prepare technical proposals, ROI analyses, and implementation roadmaps; be SME for Radionix products.
• Support sales teams with technical insights; identify high-value opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points into scalable, profitable solutions.
• Champion emerging technologies (AI/ML, edge, cloud) for security challenges.
• Provide technical overview training and post-sales support to customers.
• Support Architects, Engineers, and Consultants with technical information.
