Job summary

Keenfinity, as the Radionix sales and marketing arm in the United States, seeks a senior technical presales specialist. You will design security solutions, assess customer needs, and craft ROI-based proposals for enterprise clients across the Great Lakes and Northeast regions.

Travel is frequent to deliver demonstrations and trainings. You will collaborate with third-party integrators, create detailed BOMs, and translate customer pain points into scalable architectures, while mentoring sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; high school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of field application experience with customers, preferably from the manufacturer side or security market.
• Strong technical knowledge with deep understanding of complex technical products.
• Good working knowledge of system design and installation; industry affiliation and certification is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build strong relationships; self-motivated and organized.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ideally located in Great Lakes region or Northeast US (PA included) and willing to travel 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales and solution design for customers, conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and pilots.
• Provide detailed BOMs with MSRP pricing; sales manages pricing and discounting.
• Design integrated security solutions tailored to customer needs and operational requirements.
• Conduct training workshops, webinars, and technical seminars for sales teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Alarm.com, Genetec, Milestone, and other integrations for end-to-end architectures.
• Prepare proposals, ROI analyses, and implementation roadmaps for executives.
• Serve as SME for Radionix products across market verticals.
• Provide architecture diagrams, specs, and best practices.
• Support sales teams and customers with post-sales technical nuances and escalations.
• Travel within allocated region as needed.
