Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking a technically strong presales engineer to lead solution design for complex security projects in the Great Lakes/Northeast US. You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to design, price, and propose end-to-end security architectures.

Responsibilities include BOM creation, multi-vendor integrations, executive-level proposals, and post-sales support. Willingness to travel 50–70% is required; strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of field application experience, preferably from the manufacturer side or security market.
• Strong technical knowledge with deep understanding of complex technical products.
• Good working knowledge of system design and installation; industry certification is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ideally located in Great Lakes or Northeast US and willing to travel 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales and solution design for customers and conduct site assessments.
• Provide detailed BOMs with MSRP pricing; Sales will manage pricing and discounts.
• Design integrated security solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Conduct training workshops, webinars, and seminars for sales teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Alarm.com, Genetec, Milestone, and other third-party integrations.
• Prepare technical proposals, ROI analyses, and implementation roadmaps for executives.
• Serve as SME for Radionix products across verticals and markets.
• Provide architecture diagrams and best practices.
• Assist sales in identifying high-value opportunities; lead discovery meetings.
• Champion emerging technologies (AI/ML, edge computing, cloud integration) and their applications.
• Provide technical overview training and post-sales support.
• Support Architects, Engineers, and Consultants with technical information.
• Support trade shows and partner events with demo kits.
