Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field application experience with customers
• Strong technical knowledge of security products and systems
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships
• Willingness to travel 50-70%
• Ideally located in Great Lakes or Northeast US (OH, MI, KY, PA, NE)

Responsabilités

• Lead technical presales and solution design for customers
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and pilots
• Prepare BOMs with MSRP pricing
• Design integrated security solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Conduct training workshops, webinars, and technical seminars
• Collaborate with third-party integrations (Alarm.com, Genetec, Milestone)
• Provide technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and best practices
• Support sales teams with post-sales technical nuances and escalations
• Travel as required (50-70%)
