Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking a technical presales and solutions expert to lead design and demonstrations for Radionix security systems. You will build detailed proposals, BOMs, and ROI analyses for complex deployments across the US Great Lakes and Northeast regions, collaborating with partners and sales teams.

The role requires deep product knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field application experience with customers.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex security products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presales and solution design for customers.
• Provide BOMs with MSRP pricing; manage pricing/discounting.
• Design integrated security solutions tailored to requirements.
• Conduct training and webinars for sales teams and partners.
• Collaborate with third-party integrations to deliver end-to-end architectures.
• Prepare proposals, ROI analyses, and roadmaps for stakeholders.
• Act as SME for Radionix products across verticals.
• Support sales teams with post-sales technical guidance.
• Travel within allocated region (50-70%).
