Job summary

Dynamic Controls is seeking a Security Sales Engineer in Centennial, CO. You will combine technical expertise with excellent communication to engage with clients, understand security needs, and demonstrate the right solutions.

Collaboration with internal teams will drive sales to new and existing customers. The role requires 3–5 years in technical sales or sales engineering, with knowledge of building security concepts and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in technical sales, estimating or sales engineering.
• Strong understanding of building security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• CRM tools experience (e.g., Pipedrive) and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and project estimation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Assess client needs and design tailored security solutions.
• Develop proposals with technical specs and pricing.
• Provide training on features and best practices.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
