You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to move opportunities from pre-sales to post-sales support, provide estimates, demonstrations, and training to help customers optimize HVAC and access control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in technical sales, estimating, or sales engineering.
• Strong understanding of building automation systems and HVAC controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to convey complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive).
• Experience collaborating with sales and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support, project estimating and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Assess client controls requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in creating proposals with technical specs and pricing.
• Train clients on product features and best practices.
