Job summary

Technologent, Inc. seeks an IT Security Pre-Sales Engineer to identify cybersecurity needs and shape scalable solutions for customers.

You will partner with the sales team, lead discovery, develop architectures, and support opportunities from qualification through technical validation and close. In this in-office role based in Denver, CO, you will engage with security engineers, IT leadership, and executives to translate business risks into actionable security recommendations, including SIEM,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, technical pre-sales, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, and others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor partnering with Account Executives to identify initiatives, requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead discovery, architecture discussions, and translate business/security needs into solution recommendations.
• Support strategy, technical presentations, demos, RFPs, and QoVs; assist in proofs-of-concept and validation.
• Collaborate with security teams and executives to communicate technical concepts and business value.
