Job summary

Everon is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to grow our commercial intrusion, fire, access control, and surveillance solutions in a designated territory. You will provide consultative, integrated security solutions to new and existing customers within the greater Pelham area and beyond.

In this role you will prospect, partner with clients, and collaborate with product teams to tailor designs and quotes. A driver's license and a willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security/telecom/tech industries.
• Proficient with system design applications and bidding tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a new customer base within the territory.
• Strengthen partnerships with existing commercial accounts.
• Generate leads through referrals, company-provided leads, networking, and cold calls.
• Efficiently manage territory resources to maximize daily production and customer relationships.
• Provide security consultations covering design, scope of work, operation theory, and solution integration.
