Job summary

Everon is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to grow our commercial intrusion, fire, access control, and surveillance offerings within an assigned territory. You will provide consultative, integrated solutions to both new and existing commercial customers, driving revenue and building lasting partnerships.

This role emphasizes prospecting, meetings with executives, and closing deals across Everon's security portfolio, with a focus on effective territory management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred, must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in security/telecom/tech.
• Proficient in system design applications, bidding tools, CRM, and Microsoft products.
• Experience with integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Create new market share through prospecting and developing new customers.
• Strengthen existing customer partnerships within commercial accounts.
• Cultivate new leads through referrals, leads, networking, and cold calls.
• Efficiently manage territory resources to maximize daily production and relationships.
• Provide security consultations including design, scope, and integration.
• Promote and cross-sell Everon products and services.
• Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives and operational teams.
