Ladders is seeking a Solutions Consultant 2 to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will partner with sales and customer stakeholders to guide security conversations and support technical decision-making, translating technical value into business outcomes.

You will lead technical account plans, run discovery sessions, and drive security transformation initiatives while building trust and ensuring customer outcomes.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and workshops.
• Familiarity with complex sales cycles involving multiple products.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
• Strong technical curiosity and AI fluency for ongoing skill development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and guide customers through security transformation initiatives
• Build and execute strategic technical account plans to support sales quotas
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer technical priorities and requirements
