Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for a remote US-based position focused on cybersecurity pre-sales and solution demonstrations. You will collaborate with Sales and internal teams to deliver tailored technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong technical credibility, excellent communication skills, and experience in solution engineering within cybersecurity environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or higher; Master’s or Ph.D. with related experience preferred
• CISSP certification required
• Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, or Solution Engineering roles in cybersecurity environments
• Strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen; able to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Excellent communication and solution-selling skills; experience evaluating customer requirements and developing technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to enhance technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
• Support channel partners with solution positioning and ongoing technical assistance
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients
• Provide tailored technical consultation aligned with customer objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer and partner needs effectively
• Participate in regional reporting and contribute to technical sales initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
