Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead technical guidance for customers, owning accounts end-to-end across on-prem, cloud, and security operations. You will drive security transformation journeys and ensure value realization throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, evangelize industry leadership, and collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Channel partners to deliver expanded platform adoption and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target complex engagements involving senior executive stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Conducting advanced discovery to understand and align the technical and operational priorities of prospects and customers.
• Building and leveraging C-level relationships to establish Palo Alto Networks as a trusted partner and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap.
• Positioning, demonstrating, and designing high-level solutions across the PANW portfolio to create value for large enterprises.
• Leading complex technical validation efforts to secure technical wins in opportunities.
• Promoting integrated solutions and collaborating with Professional Services to expand customer outcomes and platform adoption.
• Maintaining day-to-day technical ownership and serving as the primary technical advisor for assigned accounts, ensuring deployment readiness and ongoing health.
• Proactively guiding customers post-sale to optimize usage, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks, re-engaging with account teams as needed.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, outcomes-driven customer journey across all stages.
