Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Security Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Renton, WA. You will cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities while upholding our customer-first culture.

You’ll develop pipeline, construct winning proposals, present to decision makers, and close deals. The role emphasizes problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to grow with Convergint’s growing business and diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience, focused in SLED.
• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts and grow customer lifetime value.
• Develop Pipeline with real decision makers to gain agreement and a business case.
• Proposal Construction: lead the sales pursuit team to craft winning proposals.
• Presenting & closing: present proposals to decision makers and manage objections.
• Market Focus: identify and develop pipeline for assigned market segments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create winning proposals.
