Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Security Account Executive to join a high-energy sales team in Renton, WA. This full-time role focuses on cultivating new relationships, understanding client needs, and securing sales opportunities within a diverse security integration portfolio.

You will develop pipeline, craft winning proposals, present to decision makers, and close deals while contributing to Convergint’s growth and culture of service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: selling to dedicated accounts and services to increase lifetime value.
• Develop Pipeline: identify decision makers and build a business case for engagement.
• Proposal Construction: lead the team to create winning proposals with quotes and business cases.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals and negotiate to timely go/no-go decisions.
• Market Focus: develop pipeline for identified markets including education, healthcare, data centers and government.
