Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for the Florence, SC site to oversee security operations, staffing, training, and client satisfaction. Candidates should have 5+ years of security experience with supervisory background, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a vehicle
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military/reserves/National Guard; Auxiliary Police; or minimum one year supervisory security experience; or associate's degree or higher

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training)
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel are met
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement
• Inspect security personnel and their job performance regularly
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision
• Respond to client requests and emergencies
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction measures
• Advise on security surveys and post orders
