Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor for on-site leadership of uniformed security personnel at a client site in the United States. The role focuses on overseeing staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance and quality of service.

Pay rate is $20.04 per hour with weekly pay and potential supervisory advantage. Ideal candidates have supervisory security experience and must meet licensing requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, auxiliary police or police cadets, minimum of one year supervisory experience in security, or Associate's degree or higher.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console monitoring equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the security function on-site (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance for contract compliance and quality of service.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
