Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Moncks Corner, SC area. The role oversees the on-site security operations, staffing, training, and quality assurance for a client site, with morning and afternoon shifts and full-time employment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of security supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and comfort with computer or tablet use. Weekly or daily pay options are available, with state training provided for security licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state licensing or training as required for licensing.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to drive if required by the client site.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in security or related field; military/service background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime within allowed limits and ensure quality of service.
• Inspect security personnel performance and enforce post orders.
• Coordinate payroll reviews and incident reports as needed.
• Provide direction and discipline as appropriate to staff.
