Qualifications

• 2+ years of security experience with some supervisor duties.
• Valid driver's license with at least one year driving history.
• Must pass state-required training/licensing.
• Be 18+ years old (21+ if armed) and able to operate radio/console.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to supervise staffing, scheduling, and training on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing and training.
• Ensure contract training and screening requirements are met.
• Maintain minimal overtime as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance and contract compliance.
• Provide direction and respond to client requests; manage incidents.
