Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be 21+ years of age for the role.
• Supervisory experience in security is preferred; associate degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of on-site security are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening of security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level per AUS requirements.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and implement emergency communications per post orders.
