Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site security function for a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

You will manage incident reports, payroll support, and post orders while maintaining cost efficiency. Candidates need at least 1 year of supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required trainings and licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass State-required training or licensing qualifications.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security function on-site: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce post orders.
• Contribute to productivity and cost reduction recommendations.
