Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state training/licensing requirements.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• One year supervisory security experience or higher, or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnel.
• Ensure training and screening meet contract requirements.
• Minimize overtime per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect personnel performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions for supervised staff.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duty performance.
• Address disciplinary actions and cost-reduction recommendations.
