Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related security experience.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and driver certification required.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll, and managing staff under 10 preferred.
• Strong customer service, patrol capability, and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coaches and disciplines staff; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and reviews assignments with subordinates.
