Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Officers and Lead Officers across client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed. You will coach staff, train personnel, and coordinate with management to ensure proper coverage and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling payroll support, preparing reports, and meeting with client representatives to verify security requirements are met while maintaining professional standards and safety

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain any applicable state, county or municipal security license if required.
• Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection and response.
• Strong supervisory practices and procedures.
• Ability to direct team, motivate performance and write routine logs/reports.
• Adaptability to multiple sites and changing post procedures.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and others; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline staff; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and file reports as required.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality service.
• Perform supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, training, planning, directing work, and evaluating performance.
