Job summary

Securitas is seeking a dedicated Security Site Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers across client posts. You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, and file timely reports while coordinating with management and client representatives to maintain high security standards.

The role requires supervising, coaching, and training personnel, handling payroll inputs, and ensuring adequate coverage. Strong customer service and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate Security Officers and leads across client posts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and others across client posts.
• Ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Maintain adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare and file routine reports; meet with client reps as needed.
• Hire, orient, train, and appraise staff; handle performance and conflicts.
