Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document actions and performance.
• Train Security Officers and review assignments and post orders.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and coordinate with management and client representatives.
