SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to drive security outcomes for customers.

You will combine deep SIEM expertise with a consultative approach to design and implement security operations solutions that align with business goals. The role is remote, based in the Northeast US, requires collaboration with account teams and client stakeholders, and emphasizes field-ready demos, collateral development, and hands-on lab work to advance SHI's security

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge of security operations including SIEM, SOAR, and BAS controls.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer cybersecurity needs.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO and other stakeholders to align goals.
• Attend trainings to expand knowledge across SHI services.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
