Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to act as a security expert aligning customers with SIEM, SecOps and related services.

The role is customer-facing, requires strong SIEM platform engineering knowledge, and involves onboarding logs, rule development, content management, and integration with SOAR and other security ecosystems. The position is remote, anchored in the Northeast US, and supports SHI's security offerings with a consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge of security operations and SIEM/SOAR.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Initiative to learn and resolve problems with a positive attitude.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills including diagrams and presentations.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS.
• Expert knowledge of security solutions.
• Preferred certifications in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer cybersecurity needs.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO and other stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI services across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies via trainings and demos.
• Stay current on new technology trends and market landscape.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI lab to support sales engagements.
• Prepare use cases and content to support customer engagements.
