Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to be a customer-facing security expert. You will work with account teams to design and implement SIEM/SecOps solutions, onboard log sources, develop detections, and integrate with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing platforms.

You will educate sales teams, stay current on trends, and contribute to security services offerings. This remote role requires regional residency in the Northeast U.S. for business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Deep technical identity governance and security knowledge.
• Experience in Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, and related security controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customer cybersecurity needs.
• Explain security solutions to diverse stakeholders including CIOs and security engineers.
• Attend trainings to expand knowledge of SHI’s services and offerings.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support sales engagements.
• Develop proposals and demonstrations for security operations products.
