Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to design and implement security operations solutions for customers.

This remote Northeast US role requires deep SIEM/SecOps expertise and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across client organizations. The candidate will develop content, run demos, and contribute to security services offerings while staying current on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years experience in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Understand SHI's services offerings and attend training to expand knowledge.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling through training sessions.
• Develop collateral and use cases in the SHI lab for sales engagements.
