Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to act as a customer-facing security expert.

You will design and implement security operations solutions, with focus on SIEM platform engineering, log onboarding, detection & correlation, content management, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing systems. This remote role serves the Northeast region of the US and requires collaboration with multiple client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate and understand customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Engage with CIO, CSO, CISO, Security Engineers, and procurement to strengthen customer relationships.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Develop collateral and use cases to support sales engagements.
