Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to serve as a security expert in a customer-facing role. You will design and implement security operations solutions, onboard log sources, develop detection and correlation rules, and integrate with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing platforms.

This is a remote role based in the Northeast US, with business needs guiding location. You will collaborate with account teams, understand client cybersecurity needs, and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, TIP, and related security controls.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO, security engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Learn SHI services offerings through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
• Stay current on new technology trends and market behavior.
• Develop collateral and use cases in the SHI lab to support sales engagements.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of security operations products.
