Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer for SecOps/SIEM in a remote Northeast US position.

You will serve as a security subject-matter expert, advising customers on SIEM, SOAR, and SecOps integrations and deliver demos and collateral to enable sales engagements. In this role, you will collaborate with account teams, stay current on cybersecurity trends, develop use cases in the SHI lab, and participate in customer engagements and training to drive security outcomes and

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, TIP, and related technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HITRUST).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customers' cybersecurity needs.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO and other stakeholders to align goals.
• Attend training and expand knowledge to represent SHI's services.
