Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to join our remote Northeast US team.

You will partner with account teams to design and implement security operations solutions, specializing in SIEM platform engineering, log onboarding, rule development, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and threat intel. You’ll educate sales on cybersecurity strategies, develop collateral, deliver demos, and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years experience in a technical cybersecurity role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customers' cybersecurity needs.
• Engage with CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, Security Engineers to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI services offerings through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies.
• Develop collateral to assist with cybersecurity engagements.
