Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM.

This role is a remote position within the Northeast region of the US and focuses on consulting customers to design and implement effective security operations solutions, including SIEM platform engineering, log onboarding, and integration with SOAR, EDR/XDR, and ticketing systems. The candidate will collaborate with account teams, educate sales, and develop use cases and collateral in SHI labs to support sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customers' cybersecurity technologies and needs.
• Engage with CIOs/CSOs/CISOs, Security Engineers, and procurement to strengthen relationships.
• Understand SHI's services offerings across solution practice areas through training and self-study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solutions through 1x1, team, and company training.
• Develop collateral and use cases in SHI labs to support sales engagements.
