Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer – SecOps/SIEM to work remotely in the Northeast region of the U.S. You will act as a customer-facing security expert, advising on SIEM and SecOps implementations to help customers meet business and security goals.

The role involves log onboarding, rule development, content management, performance tuning, and integrating with SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and ticketing platforms, plus contributing to security service offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity management and security solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge of Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, and related controls.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to run product demos.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Initiative to research and resolve problems.
• Relationship-building with clients and teams.
• Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS).
• Expert knowledge of security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to understand customers' cybersecurity needs.
• Engage with CIO/CSO/CISO and other stakeholders to align security goals.
• Learn and articulate SHI’s service offerings across solution areas.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and technologies.
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies.
• Train and develop collateral for cybersecurity engagements.
• Develop use cases in SHI lab to support sales efforts.
• Deliver customer-focused security demonstrations and briefings.
