Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a specific shift at a client site. You will supervise security officers, coordinate with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and provide coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, report writing, and crisis-management skills, along with a high school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication; professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Must pass background check and drug test; driving record checks may apply.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
