Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a designated client on a specific shift. You will supervise officers, coach and discipline within policy, and serve as liaison to site supervisor, Account Manager, and field operations.

A high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience, is required. A valid driver’s license may be required; strong communication and crisis-management skills are essential for success

Qualifications

• Requires effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare reports and logs.
• Background check and drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coach/discipline within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with site supervisor, Account Manager, and Field Operations Manager.
• Act as liaison and ensure delivery of quality services on the assigned shift.
