Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift and coordinate quality service at a client site. The role involves acting as a liaison between site supervision and account/field operations, supervising officers, and providing coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, strong communication skills, and the ability to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Coordinate the liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis and ordinary situations calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain effective client site relations.
